The room very fresh and newly decorated and had everything we could have needed. Service at checkend was extremely friendly and the breakfast area was handled just great. Lots of other guests but they kept the food hot and full so we had their complimentary start to the day. Definately would go back and recommend to others.

The Hyatt Summerfield Suites offers really nice rooms for the value. The rooms are more like condos, with small, fully working kitchens, living rooms with flat screen TVs, walk-in closet areas and very nice beds. The front desk staff was extremely friendly and courteous. However, if you require internet access to get work done during your stay (like I did!) I do not recommend this hotel. The internet access is spotty at best, when it's working. I kept getting kicked off every 2 min. or so and when it was connected it was dial-up speeds! Also, there was no water pressure and very little hot water in the shower. For some unknown reason the cleaning staff would wake me up every morning at 9AM by entering the room expecting to clean it! They wouldn't knock, just pound their fist once on the door and come right in. After the second night I started chaining the door but they still tried. Not sure why they thought that was an appropriate thing to do.

We had a suite for four of us. The front desk staff was very helpful. The room was acceptable. There were a few things that would have made it perfect. The air conditioning was loud with the unit backing into the bedroom. We had the heat set at 70 and it was very noisy when it kicked on and off. They've modernized with flat panel TV in the common area of the suite but kept a tube TV in the bedroom (without the same cable as the living area). The room was close to the road so road noise was a factor. If we were staying more than two nights, we would have asked for a different room. On a positive note, there was plenty of room for the four of us and the kids friends. Complete kitchen was nice to have. Modern decor was nice and they had high speed internet connection!

Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Room was clean, more than ample space, had wireless Internet that worked with my VPN - not always the case with hotel internet services. Of course the room had TV, phone, other basic services plus small kitchen. Although non-smoking, our room smelled like it had been smoked in (even though hotel policy says they will charge you $* if you smoke in the room) and they tried to clean it or spray to cover it up. Hotel is under renovation to convert to a major suites brand name. Good rates may only last through construction. Construction caused no problem with our stay - but we were not there during daytime construction time. Finally, the breakfast was very basic - no eggs, sausage, or bacon - just coffee, pastries, breads, and cereal.
